Life can feel like a battlefield when childhood wounds, traumatic experiences, and the scars of abusive relationships leave their mark.

You may find yourself stuck in cycles of pain—overthinking every interaction, doubting your worth, or finding yourself in painful situations, over and over again. You might wonder, "Why can’t I just move on?" or feel the weight of pleasing others while you carry an invisible but heavy load. I understand, deeply, what it means to navigate such emotional terrain because I’ve not only worked with many who’ve felt just like you.

In our work together, we'll create a safe space where you can unpack your pain, confusion, milestones, and joys without judgment. As a Counselling Psychologist, I use an integrative relational approach to help you make sense of your experiences, reconnect with your authentic self, regain power over your life, and rewrite your story.

You don't have to keep carrying the weight of your past or navigating the complexities of life on your own. Imagine a reality where you feel lighter, hopeful, grounded, clearer, more confident, and connected to yourself and others. Your transformative healing journey starts here and begins with one courageous step.

MY CLINICAL EXPERIENCE

Radical self love AND self acceptance alongside a healthy dose of self expression through laughter, SELF EXPLORATION, curiosity, and a good ugly cry when needed, will be at the core of our work together.

As a highly experienced Counselling Psychologist who has worked in the public sector for the last 7 years, I have worked in various mental health settings such as Primary Care Services, Community Mental Health Services, charities, Children & Adolescent in-patient units, and high-secure prisons.

My work mainly involved supporting girls (aged 14-18) and adult women with complex presentations such as childhood or complex trauma, attachment and interpersonal difficulties, low self-esteem, difficulties in managing overwhelming emotions, and impulsive behavior.

I bring an integrative and relational approach to therapy, which means I blend different therapy modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Psychodynamic, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, and Trauma-focussed interventions such as (Power-Threat-Meaning Framework) PTMF.

I strongly believe in the strength and value of a genuine and meaningful therapeutic relationship. Therefore, I will prioritize building a safe and trusting relationship, so that we can use the therapeutic relationship as a vessel for healing and self-exploration.

My professional and personal interests reflect my dedication to addressing systemic inequalities by empowering you to reclaim ownership of your narrative.

Women empowerment through radical self-love, self-acceptance, community building, claiming our stories, and deconstructing what it means to be a woman in today's society is paramount to me.
