We are committed to an equitable, community inclusive, and social justice driven practice.
As a counselling psychologist, i am deeply committed and passionate about nurturing and developing the next generation of mission driven psychologists and psychotherapists
Harm reduction and inclusive clinical practice
Through my supervision, I help psychologists integrate anti-oppressive, decolonial, and intercultural perspectives into their work, ensuring their practice not only heals but also empowers communities. Together, we can explore ways to foster sustainable change, reduce harmful practices, and create equitable care that bridges gaps in mental health services.
My experience also extends to organisational development and transformation, where I have leveraged my expertise to foster culturally inclusive work cultures, streamline culturally sensitive services, and strengthen community-stakeholder relationships.
If you're ready to deepen your understanding, enhance your skills, and feel supported in your professional journey, I invite you to contact me, whether for a one-off consultation or regular supervision and/or mentoring sessions. Let’s work together to build psychological practice rooted in equity, liberation, and lasting impact.
CLINICAL SUPERVISION AND MENTORING SERVICES
Navigating the incredibly rigorous and challenging journey of a Counselling Psychology doctorate is both challenging and transformative. The training demands not only a deep commitment to self-reflection and professional growth but also a constant balancing act between academic rigor, clinical practice, and personal well-being. Having experienced this journey firsthand not too long ago, I understand the unique challenges that aspiring and newly qualified psychologists face as they transition from theory to practice while navigating the current socio-political climate and the uncertainties in the world.
WHY?
My passion for supporting upcoming and newly qualified psychologists stems from a desire to nurture the next generation of mental health professionals who are resilient, compassionate, and attuned to the complexities of working with diverse populations.
Whether you're grappling with the demands of training, navigating the early stages of your career, or looking to expand your knowledge of inclusive, socially equitable practice, I offer a space for meaningful connection, support, reflection, and growth.
